Tell our readers, where you’re from.. What’s your home-state, country? Alex Green (Greenhouse Records).  Born July 24, 1989 I am from the small town of Waverly, TN in the United States.  I currently live in Knoxville, TN

Where did your label's name originate from? The name “Greenhouse” was born my sophomore year in high school.

I had recorded a track called “Blue Tee” (our school colors were blue and white)

And I let my basketball teammates hear it and everyone wanted to come and record a song at “Green’s House.”    

While in basketball practice that day I blocked a shot and said, “don’t bring that in my house, this is Green’s House, that’s the Greenhouse Effect” and thus the name “Greenhouse” was born.

Yung Ron was born in Harlem, New York to Keesha Topping..

And Ronald Bowser (known as DJ Ron-G).

By the age of 7 he loved music and listened to artists such as:

Mase, Biggie Smalls, and Onix. At age 10, Yung Ron and his mother..

Moved to Greensboro, North Carolina. He attended Northeast Middle School..

And by his seventh grade year was known for battle rapping in school.

Yung Ron also showed a promising future in art; so for a few years, he let go of his ambitions of being a rapper and pursued a career as an artist.

Even though he loved art, writing was still an outlet for him that he seemed to enjoy more. After graduating from high school, in June 2008.

T. Jones is a Hip Hop Artist from the DC area.

With a background and influence from Jazz Music.

That influence you can feel and hear in his writings and production work.
