DMX is at it again.. He was really ruff riding... Gucci Mane, born Radric Davis, plead guilty to a judge on Tuesday, admitting to injuring a woman after he intentionally pushed her out of a moving car in January.

He now faces two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct, and one count of disorderly conduct.

Gucci was then sentenced to three years, in which 6 months will be spent behind bars and the remainder on probation.

During his probation, he agreedt to attend and complete 12 weeks of anger management classes.

In addition to the $5,090.54 he must pay in restitution to the victim for her medical bills, he will also have to pay a $3,000 fine. Gucci was taken into custody and remains in Dekalb County Jail.
