Cool & Dre have signed a new label deal with Interscope, which will distribute their record label,

Epidemic Music. The first act signed to Epidemic include Memphis, Tennessee rapper Don Trip, who hit big

with Internet single “Letter to My Son.” The 25-year-old, who is also co-signed with First Family Music,

has been rapping since the age of 15. The second artist signed to Cool & Dre’s Epidemic record label is K-Rose,


an 18-year-old the reps for the producers described as “reminiscent of a young Janet Jackson.”

K-Rose is currently in the studio work Cool & Dre working on her debut album, which is due in stores early next year.

K-Rose is also co-starring in “Teen Spirit,” an ABC Family Movie due out this Summer. On the production front, Cool & Dre are in the studio working on material for Rick Ross’ new album.
