Ron "Young Yonny" Ferebee, a Cleveland Ohio native, has been producing music since 2005 for major hip hop and R&B artists Lil Mo, Trina, Lil Wayne, Trey Songz and many more. His first major placement was with one of hip hop's biggest artists, Lil Wayne, on his multi platinum album: The Carter II. In the same year he teamed up with duo 216 (also Cleveland natives) and “U Should Know” landed a spot on the soundtrack for MTV Films highest grossing film, The Longest Yard.(grossing to date over $190 million worldwide).

Since his 2005 strong production placements, Young Yonny hasn't looked back. In 2006 he produced for another Cleveland native, Ray Cash, for Ray’s critically acclaimed first album C.O.D. released by Sony. 2007 brought a new depth to Young Yonny’s career. He signed a publishing deal with Royalty Network and appeared on B.E.T.'s 106&Park, as a guest judge for Freestyle Friday.

Young Yonny seemed to go into over drive in 2007, he landed several album placements and songs with Birdman, Hell Rell, Mya, Lil Mo, Tum Tum, Trina and again Lil Wayne. Young Yonny built more then production for some of these artists, be built a close personal bond with them, which is not also possible for producers to achieve. From Mya to Lil Mo as well as Trina, who can be heard on Young Yonny's official production tag saying "ooh yonny", Young Yonny's relationships grow as well as his production credits. Young Yonny's production credits did not slow down in 2008.

He produced once again for Mya, Lil Wayne, Trina and added Diamond (formerly of Crime Mob). He had become a regular staple with artists several artists, but stayed relatively unknown to the masses until 2009. In 2009 not only did Young Yonny produce again with some of his past artists like Lil Wayne and Mya, he also produced for 2 Pistols, Jim Jones, Trey Songz and the internet leak of Rihanna's track "Terminator".

His work with Trey Songz would become a one of the highlights in his career to date Trey Songz "Say Aah" featuring Fabolous (Produced by Young Yonny Asst.by Troy Taylor) became a huge hit especially with fans, making it Trey Songz first Top 40 off of his album "Ready". “Say Aah” climbed the Billboard Charts (Hot 100, R&B and Radio).

The video and behind the scenes footage have reached a combined 2 million views. "Say Aah" was featured on MTV2 as Jam of the Week. The official video for "Say Aah" charted for weeks on the countdown for B.E.T's 106&Park, reaching the number 1 spot for several consecutive days. Due to the success of the record and his past appearance, he was a judge this year for the semi finals for Free Style Friday.

Trey Songz album "Ready" was nominated for Best contemporary R&B album of the year at the 2010 Grammy Awards. Young Yonny did attend the Grammy Awards in L.A. in Jan 2010 to support Trey Songz and his albums nomination. "Say Aah" as a single officially went Platinum, as the album "Ready" has reached Gold status.

Young Yonny has been featured in publications Hip Hop Weekly, Street Report Magazine, Siege Magazine and many more, he continues his growth as a producer while balancing the press and media attention coming full force. He is currently working on production for Soulja Boy Tellem, Ginuwine, and Jesse McCartney. Young Yonny's most recent production can be found on the new Trina album "Amazin" with her intro track "Amazin" and "Currency" that features Lil Wayne and Rick Ross.

With all his production credits and his growing production career, Young Yonny's main goal has always been about keeping his family as his main priority. It is not rare to see Young Yonny out with his wife, or when able, to have his two sons with him at events he attends. Young Yonny credits all of his successes to his family, his higher power and the team he keeps around him. When asked about his career, the best way this humble producer sums up his achievements: "I am blessed" - Young Yonny
