Today we are chilling with a rapper named Luck Williams. From the mean streets of Philly this emcee's rhymes are gritty.

There is a method for his madness. Lets kick it with the homie and see whats going on nowerdays....

Lets get right into it ... No one is really sizzling from Philly out there ... does that hurt you as an artist from that area .. or strengthen you?

It strengthens me because there's always been hot rappers in Philly. I think Philly has some of the best battle rappers ever, but we haven't been recognized of having the best rapper alive. That's what I'm here for! Not saying I am.. but in the future, I will be.

What events in your life made you want to be a rapper?

Music made me want to be a rapper. It wasn't any specific events. But my man L-Myers was always in my ear about me using my talent as well as some of my family members.

Black thought or Beanie Sigel? Black Thought.

What projects have you released to date?

I am still working on my mixtape, tentatively titled "The Philadelphia Project". It takes me awhile working on a whole mixtape to get it perfect. It may not be perfect to you, but it's perfect to me.

Speaking of projects .. you just featured a new banger on Digital Dynasty 14 (Hosted by 40 Glocc). You were going in on the Rick Ross instrumental. How have you liked the reaction you have received from your online presence?

I love it! I actually watched some kid from Philly imitate me and some of my goons on Youtube, lip-synching to one of my older songs. It blew my mind! Also, being on the Digital Dynasty series makes me be more competitive. Like I am on a mixtape with people who want to be competitive with their craft. And I'm also on there with great emcees like Drake, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, etc. so I have to feel that my songs are up to par.

Out of all your recordings ..what song best describes you as an emcee?

I can't really choose just one song. I'm striving just to create a good body of work, but if I'm put on the spot and I have to choose, I just did a freestyle over Drake's "Light Up" instrumental and I really lit that bitch up!

Are you on a label? If so let us know..... No. I do some side work with the independent label "Spitflame Entertainment".

What is a typical day like for you? Always getting at a dollar because it takes money to make it. But on some real shit, my man Advocate said I need to start gettin more serious with my music, so that's what I plan to do.

Today we are interviewing on the anniversary death of Tupac Shakur.... back when that East - West war was going on ..which rapper did you side with?

Siding with rappers is for bitch nigg*s. How can you side with someone you don't know personally? You can say you like someone better than the other, based on their talent, but it shouldn't be personal. I believe in making it personal played a part in both artists' deaths. Music-wise, I always hate saying who's better, Biggie or Pac, because I always feel guilty claiming one is better than the other, They both are an inspiration to me when I write.

Which side did you relate too the most? I guess I related to Biggie a little bit more just on the strength that when I listened to Big I was truly entertained. I think that's what's missing in rap right now, it shouldn't be just lyrics, you should be entertained as well.

Here at HipHop.org we like to ask our features some questions that really are out of the norm. We do this because it gives the fans a broader outlook on you. So lets get it cracking ....

Ginos Or Pats (for Philly Cheese steaks) ?? My momma's kitchen!

NFL Season is here ... who's going to the superbowl? The nigg*s around the corner. They throw birds down the block everyday.

Will 50 Cent ever make the come back he desires? If he signs me. .

Back To The Norm.......

Name 1 song you've done that will have the HipHop.org viewers hooked!?
"I Got 'Em". I really, really trashed that song.
