 Juggaknot AKA J.U.G. or "the 1st string QB", was born Jan 10, 1980 in Alexandria, LA. He is the only child to Queen Audreys Sander.
He began rapping professionally in 2001 when his first album came out on Thankin Throwd Entertainment.
He was also in a group "2 Throad". After members of "2 Throad" stopped rapping, for whatever reason, Jug started his own company and began releasing mixtapes.
Jug has performed with artists such as Too Short, Mystikal, Trina, Lil Flip, Young Bloods, Eight Ball, MJG, Lil KeKe. He is also shooting a video for the song "Yes N Deed". The Grind don't stop for Jug.
What made you choose the name you rock with now? Actually my homie Lil Deon gave me that name. Before rap he was into X-Men or something like that. (Free Angelo Deon Washington) expected release date 5/14/21.
Does it bother you that NY rapper Juganot could possibly take offense to you sharing the same name as him? Naw it don’t bother me at all, it’s not the name we use, it’s the music we make I hope he can out rap me!
What made you wanna get into HipHop? Writing songs and actually being pretty good at it is what made me wanna get into the game! I wanna correct u too, I rap, I don’t do hip hop, Rap is one of hip hops couple of children and I fall under that umbrella and there is a difference in my opinion.
Who were your influences to get into music? Well, I listened to everything coming up but it was when I heard Texas Rappers like Lil Keke, Fat Pat, Big Pokey, Slim Thug etc…. that I thought I can do that shit Foreal. My style is influenced by Jadakiss and Big Pokey both of those cats Rhyme and are actually saying something in every verse and that’s what I do. Other than that I’m ME, my life influenced the words that come out of each verse!
How would you describe the hiphop scene in Alexandria, LA? The same as any other city or town, the club records run the radio like anywhere else. Most Dj’s, if not all, are happy as fuck to be half ass important for 2/3 hrs on da weekend. As far as artist go there's spitters out here too. But how the fuck they gone get heard? You know the music business the same 7 days a week in all 50 states!
Alot of people say the majority of the rappers in the South are not lyrical. After listening to "Yes N Deed", and a few other records, its apparent that quality lyrics are important to you. What makes you not want to not dumb it down? Its impossible to say what I’m sayin in a dumbed down way. I just happen to be saying something in my raps but I’m gone quote Waka Flocka with this next line music about the feeling you get when you hear it foreal, foreal so" lyrics almost don’t matter", but like I said I am saying something in my raps!

What projects have you released to date? “Fulfilling Dreams”(2001) Album Bmi/Ascap, “Elevated” (2003) Mixtape WDH Records, and “You Fucking With The Best Vol.1”Mixtape WDH Records.
Which was your favorite and why? “You fucking with the best” is my favorite, because I worked a lot of people I looked up to in game and I was my first real Mixtape on my company. I had features you know I felt good about it and the music wasn’t half bad either!
Are you on a label? If so let us know..... I’m signed to myself so that could be a yes or a no. As far as major labels ..naw Im indie Fendi.
Any new projects coming out? Any features? I have a Mixtape coming out next month in APRIL. I'm trying to get that boy mixed, mastered, and pressed for a 4/20 release. I'm having release parties in various markets around the South.
How would you describe your style of hip-hop? I call it Monsta Music, I describe it as the absolute truth if a human can call me out on one line in one rap I’ll quit!
What is a typical day like for you? On the real I got 7 people at my house that gotta eat every night and I'm feeding them. Boys get fed, men kill they food. Now what you think I’m doin, typically!?
We understand you were once a member of the group "2 Throwd". What events transpired that made you guys seperate? One of the members is doing life right now. S/O to Corday Taylor in Angola Penitentiary, and one quit rapping and two of us still mix it up.
Do you like being a solo artist better? Naw. I gotta come up wit all the hooks, concepts, and everything. It was cool having help, but I'm trying to get paid, so whatever get me there faster. I’ll be in a group now if it's paying right.

Being a Louisiana resident, how do you rate Lil Wayne as an emcee? I would let Wayne battle anybody for me, but he couldn’t write nothing for me. Some dudes better at sayin a whole lotta shit in a short time better than others, but I bet a person would feel me more than they would feel wayne but say he rap circles around Jug. You feel me? no homo! (I don’t say that no homo shit it was too much feeling goin on you feel me)
Back To The Norm....... Name 1 song you've done that will have the HipHop.Org viewers hooked!? People don’t get hooked by songs no more. They hear them and be ready for somebody to top ur ass, but I have about 10 that I guarantee 7 out of any 10 hip-hop/Rap fans will like “BUILT 2 GRIND”. That one will answer your question.
